- Safely provide compassionate, individualized patient care as the RN/LPN directs according to policy and procedure.
- Respond directly to patient requests and appropriately communicate needs.
- Complete and record patient vital signs, weight checks, intake & output, blood glucose, urine tests, and specimen collections.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including but not limited to bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, nail care, hair care, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with patient positioning, ambulation, and transfers.
- Monitor the health and well-being of patients while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, co-workers, and yourself.
- Communicate patient information with the care team during and between shifts.
- You have strong clinical skills and can react decisively in emergencies.
- You have impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Both experienced and newly Certified Nursing Assistants are encouraged to apply.
