    About Stretch Zone


    Stretch Zone offers an individualized service referred to as practitioner-assisted stretching. Clients lay on comfortable tables while a practitioner uses our patented protocol and strapping system to create the best stretching experience around Gentle, nervous-system-based, backed by science, we're taking stretching to a whole new level.

    Stretch Zone caters to the non-athlete, the de-conditioned, and the aging to help them stretch back the years. Stretch Zone focuses on the real reasons people seek out practitioner-assisted stretching to improve their lifestyle. Stretch Zone is for anyone wanting an active lifestyle: One that allows you to strengthen your performance in every area: from perfecting that swing on the golf course to reaching down to tie a shoelace. Whether you are living an active lifestyle or a lifetime of not exercising... Stretch Zone is an important place for you to visit. The Stretch Zone is not a clinic, rehab center, or gym but a practitioner-assisted-stretching studio where people habitually go to keep their Flex-Ability for Life

    Our Mission
    To deliver the most comprehensive assisted stretching program in the world To open Stretch Zone branded studios equipped with state of the art (patent-pending) stretching equipment where people habitually go to get professionally stretched near their homes or workplace.

    Compensation
    $13 to $15 Hourly

    Job Description
    The Stretch Zone Receptionist/Scheduler plays a critical role in providing a first-class customer experience to our studio members, prospective members, and visitors. This role will serve as the company's " face " and is the first point of contact responsible for the first impression we make in our community.

    The ideal candidate will exude a friendly, energetic, and outgoing disposition, display an optimistic attitude, and genuinely enjoy working with people. This candidate can resolve customer complaints with poise, has excellent communication skills, and possesses a customer-centric mindset. If this sounds like you, we want you on our team

    Duties and Responsibilities


    Greet members and users of the studio as they enter with exceptional customer service
    Create an excellent first impression by providing a warm welcome, tidy appearance, and pleasant manner at all times
    Assist customers with questions and provide information as requested
    Answer the phone and oversee that stretch practioner schedules are full
    Assist customers with booking appointments
    Take payment for customer purchases
    Confirm customer appointments for the following day
    Ensure adequate stocks of supplies are available in restrooms and breakroom
    Maintain a clean and tidy environment, both behind and in front of the reception desk, restrooms, and throughout the studio
    Record and keep accurate records of all complaints, lost property, needed repairs, and notify the relevant team member to resolve
    Undertake other duties, of a similar professional nature and commensurate with the role, at the request of the General Manager
