Must Have Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
7+ years' experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce
7+ development using Apex, Visual Force pages, Lightning Components and
7+ Web Components and SOQL
Robust experience working with stakeholders to understand the business need and turning that into technical requirements Strong attention to detail and self-starter with the ability and desire to independently identify and lead investigations, analysis, identifying project scope through to development and delivery


Nice to have skills:

Experience in integration REST and SOAP based APIs considered an asset Salesforce certification such as: Salesforce App Builder or Salesforce Platform Developer are considered an asset Provide expertise in Salesforce development using Apex Classes and Triggers, Visual Force pages, Lightning Components and Web Components and SOQL Provide development support and maintenance within our Salesforce ecosystem including but not limited to managing customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, and end user support Collaborate and conduct business analysis with stakeholders across all business units with varying levels of technical understanding to identify their needs and transform that into technical requirements that you will execute Be able to break down business processes into its component parts, understanding where the pain points are and recommending solutions that could support the stakeholder Manage the migration of data using different data integration tools such as Apex Data Loader, Informatica Cloud, MuleSoft, SQL Server Integration Services etc.

Create unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans for new enhancements, including use cases and test data Proactively identify and implement operational and technical improvements and enhancements that drive productivity, efficiency and improve customer experience Work collaboratively within a team of technical and Salesforce experts following scrum and agile methodology
