Job summary
The Store Assistant will provide excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.Rings up all sales on cash register properly and accurately,Handles money checks etc.
Maintains an awareness of store facility's condition;
Reports any equipment failure or maintenance needs;
Cleans floors windows counters displays bathrooms,Picks up trash;
Sweeps mops dusts washes windows Fridge ice machines etc.,
Makes price changes places advertising signage;
E nsures all shift sales records accurate,
< p>Troubleshoots daily close out shift sales analysis
Responsibilities
Promptly greets customers assists them thanks them.
P rovides assistance offers suggestions recommendations
clearly resolves customer issues,
l ikes payment rings ups sale ,- Performs multi-function operation of fuel console lottery machines money order machine telecom transactions etc.,
l ike maintains housekeeping duties sweeping mopping cleaning floors dusting washing window counters display bathroom picking up trashing litter debris cleaning checking equipment coffee machine beverage refrigeration units other tools work aids used.
