Shifts are:
Mondays and Fridays 6a-3p, Tuesday - Thursday - 8a - 5p. 8 Hrs. a day
The ideal candidate must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
Candidate must have an unrestricted applicable licensure
The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of primary care practice experience, the ability to work independently, and experience working with an Electronic Medical Record
