The Banking Associate is a professional in banking who plays a key role in delivering TD's Brand promise at a store location. This role is accountable for accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.- The Banking Associate performs a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a Store location; to include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts and educating customers on all banking products and services.
- This role delivers end-to-end advice customers expect: building trust with educational content & tools, providing consultative support, advocating with proactive insights & recommendations.
- This position utilizes TD's systems and tools to engage with Customers to acquire and deepen relationships by providing advice and guidance ultimately attracting retaining the customer Understands customer financial needs identifies opportunities promote educate on products service refer appropriate team member internal Bank partner ensuring positive Customer experience Accurately completes everyday banking transactions either teller line platform uncovering customer financial needs educating products service referring appropriate expert Services Customer both teller line platform needed servicing customers opening closing personal deposit accounts every day bank transaction debit card credit card issues regulation E mobile online digital banking Connects Customer provides Financial Advice deepens relationships through lead management activities creation management self generated leads received partner retail retail referral leads campaign leads outreach outbound calls relay SMS setting hosting appointments prioritization Education Experience High school diploma GED one year experience working Customers capacity demonstrated volunteering education military preferred
