Job summary
We are seeking a Storeroom Coordinator to join our team at Novelis in Davenport IA. The successful candidate will be responsible for store function and upkeep of storerooms as well as goods receipts and issue inventory optimization cycle count and adjustment reordering of store min max items.The ideal candidate should have high school diploma or GED proficiency in Microsoft Office strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability ability to organize prioritize workload manage multiple tasks at once without sacrificing attention to detail while working in fast-paced environment desire to take initiative develop proactive relationships with employees through follow-up understanding their needs fostering collaborative relationship excellent communication skills oral written ability communicate all levels organization knowledge Computerized maintenance management systems CMMS Oracle Artist Coupa strong organizational skills positive attitude excellent follow-through ability learn knowledge safety S lean practices coordinate between multiple departments levels organization I E maintenance procurement teams work under pressure during emergencies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree preferred Business Engineering Engineering Technology experience using ERP Oracle Computerized Maintenance Management systems CMMS years experience Maintenance Reliability Experience industrial metal coating slitting equipment WORKING KNOWLEDGE Material Handling Equipment I E Forklifts electric pallet Jacks Cranes etc.
