Job summary
To function at a professional nursing level using both administrative leadership and clinical expertise in order to assure that comprehensive care and treatment is rendered to resident population.Responsibilities
- Utilizes expertise in the leadership role as a manager of an assigned unit;
- Collaborates with the Director of Nursing in maintaining adequate nursing coverage to provide safe nursing care for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
