- Assist clients with pet supply and grooming purchases
- Maintains front lobby area in a clean, neat, and orderly condition
- A calm, compassionate, and reassuring demeanor with the ability to deal with the public and assist distraught clients
- Basic office skills such as typing, filing, and professional phone etiquette
- Good organization skills
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, reading and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time
- Walking, sitting, squatting, pushing, pulling, using hands and fingers
- Assist in animal restraint or helping animals on/off scale
