Compensation & Benefits
Heat Treatment Technician $20/HR Plus Benefits
Works to meet needs of clients, coworkers and company in a responsive manner, and is receptive to feedback on how to become more effective as a technician. Follows company rules and regulations, adheres to OSHA/Department of Agriculture policies and procedures, and material labels, and maintains required safety equipment.
Communicates with district office, maintains proper inventory, documents electronic and paper service reports thoroughly and accurately, and presents self in a professional manner. Works to continuously improve job knowledge and skills through company training resources.
Provides friendly and professional service to clients and works to build client relationships. Works with clients to solve problems, and recommends action to prevent future pest control problems. Is aware of all services provided by Rose Pest Solutions and Copesan, and works with coworkers and management to take advantage of sales opportunities.
