Job summary
we are looking to hire a licensed practical nurse to join our Home-Based Medicine and In Home Complex Care teamProvides practical nursing care to patients in accordance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, recognized professional standards and PNHS policy. Supports multiple areas within a clinic setting with strong interpersonal skill and flexibility while maintaining patient confidentiality and protecting patient rights.
- Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Maintain a current state license of practical nursing.
- BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required and maintained./l>', li>'One or more years of healthcare experience is desirable (preferably in a related field of medicine).', 'ul>
