Staff Management is looking for motivated, detail-oriented employees like you to start with us for our full-time Forklift positions. Starting wages for our Forklift positions are $17/hr plus $0.50/hr extra with good attendance, and tenure raises

Pay Rate: $ $17.50 / hour

Duties:

Forklift Operators duties vary by department. Duties may include:

• Perform job-related tasks/duties, according to job standards.
• Operate all necessary equipment and/or machinery to perform job-related task(s).
• Properly setup all necessary equipment and/or machinery to perform job-related task(s).
• Understand safety guidelines that relate to job responsibilities.
• Correctly interpret operational method sheet.
• Perform quality inspections.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of material flow tools.
• Understand visual standards and nonconforming material system.

We provide bonuses in the first 6 months as follows: $400 retention bonus after 30 days and a $500 tenure bonus after 6 months.

Position Requirements:

• Must have Forklift experience.
• Must have the ability to lift 10-45 lbs from floor to shoulder height occasionally.
• Must be able to alternate standing or sitting for up to 10 hours.
• Manual dexterity and grip strength.
• Normal or corrected vision to read directions and visually inspect parts; and to distinguish colors.
• Proficient reading, writing, and math skills.
