    Creative / Marketing Director

    Total Annual Compensation:

    $60,000 - $90,000 to be discussed based on experience

    About the Position:

    As the Creative Director, you will spearhead all marketing initiatives for the company. Your role entails upholding quality standards, meeting performance targets, and adhering to project timelines. We seek an individual with a keen creative vision, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to amplify brand impact on company growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and visual identity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with our team of agents to craft marketing collateral for listings and various projects.
    • Conceptualize, design, and deliver assets across diverse mediums, spanning from social media content to print materials of varying scales.
    • Manage and update our primary website along with internal microsites.
    • Guide freelance designers to execute the brand vision effectively.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all products, platforms, and campaigns.

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of experience in creative direction, marketing, graphic design, or related fields.
    • Expert knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
    • Experience in video editing and familiarity with related software tools (Adobe After Effects and Premiere) is preferred, though not mandatory.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
    • Experience with web design and development, including HTML/CSS (specifically with Webflow).
    • Proficiency in copywriting and social media management.
    • Previous experience managing creatives to execute projects, particularly with contract designers.
    • A robust visual portfolio showcasing your creative expertise.
    • While not mandatory, a background in real estate is advantageous.
    • This role offers remote or hybrid options, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern Time (ET) zone.
