    As a member of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to work with athletes, post-surgical patients, and individuals with acute or chronic conditions, while enjoying a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Create and progress personalized treatment plans for patients, incorporating evaluation, diagnosis, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.

    Manage a manageable workload, including approximately 3-5 evaluations per week and less than 11 patients per day, to ensure quality patient care and optimal outcomes.

    Complete on-site documentation to promote work-life balance and streamline administrative tasks.

    Foster collaborative relationships with patients and colleagues to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.

    Prioritize continuity of care by working primarily with patients you evaluate to maximize treatment effectiveness.

    Requirements:

    Licensed Physical Therapist with expertise in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of patients.

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with colleagues.

    Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement in clinical skills.

    US work eligibility and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment.

    Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others through physical therapy.
