    • Oversee the management of multiple social media accounts, ensuring they are operating at peak performance.


    • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of social media marketing specialists, fostering their growth and development.


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and analytics, to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.


    • Manage social media advertising budgets, optimizing spend and tracking expenses.


    • Install and set up Facebook Pixel to track and optimize campaigns.


    • Implement proper UTM tagging for campaign links to track traffic sources and performance.


    • Keep abreast of emerging social media platforms and opportunities, evaluating their potential for client campaigns.


    • Continuously assess and refine social media strategies based on performance data and industry best practices.


    • Training and delegate work to team members working within the social media department.
