    Overview

    Our growing Finance Team is seeking an Automation Analyst in our Raleigh, North Carolina office.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing a variety of solutions using UiPath and other software tools to streamline and automate various business processes.

    This is an in-office role.

    Responsibilities

    Support full lifecycle development and implementation of automation projects

    Gather requirements on existing processes for automation from process owners and identify automation opportunities

    Adheres to automation best practices across all process automation deliverables

    Demonstrates capability to quickly learn emerging technologies

    Gain process automation expertise through projects and training

    Provides development and testing support

    Supports day-to-day system maintenance and production support for automation deployment

    Provides training and support to junior developers and end-users to ensure adoption of RPA technology

    Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in MIS, finance, business analytics, data analytics, computer science, or a related field and/or 3 years equivalent experience in low code automation development and implementation

    UiPath experience required

    Experience integrating intelligent character recognition, machine learning, and generative AI into automation models preferred

    Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Query, Macro experience preferred

    Great written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

    Passion for process improvement

    Must demonstrate ability to balance and prioritize multiple day-to-day and ongoing projects simultaneously


    Although not a requirement, having a solid grasp of programming fundamentals and entry level or higher proficiency with VB Script, SQL and/or .

    Net programming languages is a significant asset
