- Develop the strategies, goals and objectives for the company's income producing portfolio.
- Lead direct reports to ensure expected financial results (e.g., CNOI) are achieved by each region and area for the Property Management department.
- Oversee portfolio to ensure meeting lease-up/DCR/refinancing targets.
- Oversee marketing for the portfolio to achieve expected financial results.
- Provide regular operational reports to COO and other key stakeholders (e.g., PMA, Construction, Design, Accounting, Legal, etc.,) for the department and portfolio.
- Lead Property Management's contribution and coordination with other department leaders and staff to achieve the company's goals
- Direct annual budgets process and review monthly financial statements and provide guidance to Regional Vice Presidents to increase financial results as appropriate.
- Serve on the senior management team with emphasis on long-term objectives, strategic initiatives, and management.
- Act as Property Management representative on internal committees/meetings including design meetings, investment committee, etc.
- Conduct site visits and provide feedback to Regional Vice Presidents and COO.
- Interact regularly with other senior management personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to read, write, interpret, and analyze business publications, technical procedures, and government regulations.
- Ability to calculate discounts, interest, bonuses, proportions, percentages, and to apply concepts of algebra and geometry.
- Ability to solve problems and work with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only general guidelines exist.
- Continuing education to maintain professional certification.
- Ongoing professional development.
