    Rossen, DDS is now seeking a Part Time Dental Treatment Coordinator for an amazing opportunity to support a growing practice.

    Come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals as a dental treatment coordinator.

    As a part of the dedicated team you will be eligible to receive a monthly incentive based partly on hours worked, access to contribute to our company 401k, competitive hourly compensation, and a consistent schedule.


    Part Time Dental Treatment Coordinator schedule:
    Monday and Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm


    Responsibilities:
    Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
    Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
    Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
    Brief patients on treatment plans and practice's policies
    Presenting treatment plans
    Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
    Appointment scheduling
    Requesting records
    Patient follow ups
    Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance

    Qualifications:
    High school diploma
    2 or more years dental front office experience
    Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
    Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
    Positive attitude and professional demeanor
    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
    Ability to collaborate with a team
