    GENERAL SUMMARY:
    Position is Hybrid- remote and in office


    Provides evidence based care in the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and substance use disorders within an interdisciplinary team.

    Also provides individual, conjoint, group and family psychotherapy; in addition to crisis intervention services, as needed. Ensures that the quality of care is safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable.


    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Master's (or Doctoral) degree in clinical or counseling psychology with one year supervised post masters experience;
    • OR Master's degree in Social Work with two years post Master's experience in mental health/chemical dependency setting.

    CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

    • Licensed Psychologist;
    • OR Limited Licensed Psychologist;
    • OR Licensed Master's in Social Work.
