Job summary
The Manager of Development is responsible for the oversight and administration of a comprehensive development program including major gifts, annual giving, and securing special event fund raising for the Office of Philanthropy of Covenant Health.Collaborate with the VP of Philanthropy and the respective foundation boards to create a fund development plan which increases revenues to support the strategic direction of the organization.
The role will be responsible for implementing fundraising plans in accordance with ethical fundraising principles and to achieve stated departmental fundraising goals.
- Identify and develop corporate, community and individual prospects for major gift.
