We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Quality Control in the Automotive Manufacturing space.

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of quality control within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Quality Control department. Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems to ensure consistent product quality.
Managing a team of quality control inspectors, providing training and guidance as necessary.
Working closely with the manufacturing team to address and resolve quality issues.
Liaising with suppliers and customers to address any quality-related concerns or complaints.
Ensuring all quality control equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Preparing and presenting regular reports on quality control performance to senior management.
To be considered for the role of Quality Supervisor, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control role within the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in the automotive industry.
A strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in quality control software and tools.
A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing) would be considered an asset.
