Locum Pediatric Hospitalist need in Gallipolis, OHLooking for a physician for 1 week/month coverage
Practice Details:
13 bed Pediatric Unit
Level 1 Nursery - 2 RNs staffed each shift
Babies delivered 35 weeks and up
CYPAP machine in nursery
Daily census in summer: 1-2 (allergy, cellulitis, injuries ie: wounds and breaks)
Daily census in winter: 3-4 (asthma, pneumonia, RSV)
NAS Unit:
Keep them on labor/delivery for 5 days, then transfer, but would like to keep them locally
Strong connections with Hoops Family Children's (Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV) and Nationwide Children's in Columbus, Ohio.
EMR:
McKesson Paragon (acute) and Athena (clinic)
