Surface Finisher

PrideStaff, a National Staffing System, is looking for a Metal Finisher to join a local high-volume production team. The successful candidate will have basic finishing and grinding experience background

Surface Finisher Job Duties to include:

-Metal Finishing

-Read/Understand schematics and blueprints for projects

-Determine best practice/method to fabricate specific parts using all resources

-Disassemble components, as needed, per project

-Must be able to acclimate to efficiently operate all in house shop equipment

-Fabricate components with minimal instruction

-Work in a team environment and assist team members, as needed

-Hand Grinding Experience

Surface Finisher Job Requirement to include:

-Minimum of 2 years finishing experience

-Able to use hand grinders

-Ability to read blueprints

-Knowledge of manual mill
