    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced SQL Developer + Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL development skills along with the ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. The role will involve working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and develop SQL queries, scripts, and reports.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

    Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and reports to support business needs.

    Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decision-making.

    Create and maintain documentation related to database schema, data dictionaries, and technical specifications.

    Work closely with software developers and system architects to ensure database integrity and security.

    Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.

    Assist in troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.

    Provide support and training to end users as needed.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

    Proven experience as a SQL Developer and Business Analyst.

    Strong SQL programming skills with experience in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.

    Experience with database design, normalization, and optimization.

    Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

    Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
