Job summary
This classification performs a wide variety of office support and clerical duties in support of an assigned department or functional area providing customer service to both internal staff while serving members of the community within the Sheriff Office organization.Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to both internal and external customers over telephone in writing person matters technical complex sensitive nature assisting customers property releases facilitating communication between KCSO personnel PMU customers following up various processes.
- Compose draft documents correspondence prepare paperwork files organizing filing documentation for various office processes.
