Job description Are you a CST with OR experience looking to pick up flexible shifts that provide work-life balance and the freedom to match your schedule? NurseDash is making it easier for CST's to pick up per diem shifts in hospitals and facilities.

There is no minimum number of shifts required; once you are approved and have been onboarded, you decide when, where, and what shifts you want to work that cater best to your lifestyle.

Education Opportunities:

attend nursing degree programs on scholarship or discounted tuitionJob responsibilitiesCandidates must have at least one year of on-the-job CST experience, ideally experience in these specialties: general, pain, ortho, spine, plastics, bariatrics, ENT, sports medicine, robotics.

Possess a professional and friendly personality, and enjoy working with people of all ages.
In addition, candidates must demonstrate strong organization, self-motivation, and multi-tasking abilities. Finally, discretion and integrity are of the utmost importance with all interactions.

Qualifications and SkillsMust be a Certified Surgical Tech or grandfathered in OR TechDesire to be part of a dynamic platform and ability to quickly adapt to new facilities and conditions.
