- Documenting the entire manufacturing process by performing time studies.
- Assess process flow and recommend improvements.
- Identify and propose 5S / Visual Management improvements.
- Determine maximum line capacity based on planned headcount.
- Propose overall plan to achieve the required daily rate.
- Currently enrolled and/or attending college in an Industrial Engineering program
- Proficiency with software applications for engineering and business to include MS Office applications
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, reading and writing skills
- Other duties as required by management

Industrial Engineering Intern
Nammo Defense Systems Inc., a defense contractor, manufactures and supports shoulder-fired systems; energetic material solutions such as aircraft emergency escape systems, actuation devices, rocket motors, warheads, medium & large caliber ammunitions, mortar ammunition; and composite solutions including carbon fiber tubes and composite aero-structures.
We are seeking a highly qualified professional individual to fill a temporary Industrial Engineering Internship at our Mesa Arizona facility.
