p Us Rise New Bakery Opening --Hiring All Positions
We are Paris Baguette Annapolis. Maryland , a brand -new neighborhood spot dedicated to french style bakery. We are looking for a crew of passionated, reliable, and "people -person" to help us open our doors for the first time.
New Hiring for All Roles:
Back of House:
- 1) Cake Decorator: The ideal candidate will have a passion for cake decorating and food presentation, decorate cakes using various techniques including piping, fondant work, airbrushing, and edible embellishments. This role involves designing visually appealing cakes.
- 2) Baker or sandwich makers: A love for the early hours You'll be the one making sure the shelves are full when the doors open. Ability tore follow recipes exactly to ensure our signature taste stays consistently .
- 3) Porter: responsible for ensuring your facility is clean and presentable to staff, vistors. Arrange packages when product delivered.
Front of House:
- 4)Cashier : Exceptional"people skills" and a warm , welcoming energy. Ability to learn our product lineup inside and out.

Duties
- Decorate cakes and pastries with precision, creativity, and attention to detail, ensuring each product meets high-quality standards.
- Prepare baked goods and assist in food production tasks such as mixing, baking, and finishing products to meet daily demand.
- Package baked items securely for sale or catering orders, maintaining presentation quality and food safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and helping customers find the perfect baked goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery display cases, workstations, and storage areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock, restocking shelves, and monitoring ingredient levels to ensure freshness.
- Support catering events or special orders by preparing baked goods according to specifications
