Evaluates and treats patients with disabilities injuries diseases using physical chemical and mechanical means in accordance with written signed prescription referral of state licensed physician authorized practitioner Maintains complete medical records for each patient
Administers direct patient care in accordance with written signed prescription of referring physician other State authorized practitioner Utilizes appropriate evaluation techniques efficiency thoroughness Designs treatment program achieve established goals Responds appropriately established department emergency procedures patient safety care necessary Submits required documentation policies procedures department Participates quality improvement chart reviews activities Attends family meetings conferences interacts members inter-disciplinary staff pertaining welfare management assigned patients Performs related duties required All responsibilities noted here considered essential functions job Americans Disabilities Act Duties not mentioned but considered related not essential functions
