We are happy to partner with an established Hospitality Management Company in the search for an experienced Hotel General Manager for a full-service property in Rock Hill, SC. The General Manager will oversee the execution of sales and marketing, food and beverage operations, and all daily operations of the hotel. Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + $500 Monthly Bonus Potential + 100% paid employee medical insurance and 50% dependent + 401(k) w/4% match + PTO + relocation assistance

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee hotel operations and interact with guests daily
• Financial analysis and control of food, beverage, and labor
• Manage and oversee the Food & Beverage department, including a full-service restaurant
• Strong financial acumen required

General Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a GM at a full-service branded hotel
• Prefer a minimum of 1 year experience in F&B Management
• Must establish residency in York County, SC, due to liquor laws
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to hire, train, and develop a successful and efficient hotel staff
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, negotiating, and time management skills
