    Description
    A law firm located in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Estate Planning Group. If you are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of estate planning and administration, we want to hear from you This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

    salary: $45,000 - $57,000 per year
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
    education: Associate

    Responsibilities
    • Provide comprehensive support in estate planning and administration matters.
    • Assist in drafting and preparing estate planning documents.
    • Liaise with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the estate planning process.
    • Manage and oversee the administration of estates, including the probate processes.
    • Support attorneys in asset protection strategies and planning.
    • Assist attorneys with legal matters.
    • Ensure documents are prepared for client signing.
    • Coordinate and interact with clients to gather information, follow-up on open items, and conduct signing meetings.
    • Assemble documents, letters, binders, and other information for delivery to clients.
