    SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for assembling various manufacturing products on the production floor to meet customer specifications.
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Laminating, fastening, and assembling products using: staple gun, nail gun, screw
    • Folding or packing cartons
    • Stacking or strapping goods.
    • Using a hand truck to organize work area and or move material
    • Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
    • Meet all company safety policies
    • Meet all quality and efficiency standards
    • Perform sensory quality control checks to verify appearance code date, seal, and case.
    • Make up and fold cartons, close cartons, and stack them on a pallet for transfer.
    • Special projects and assignments as business dictate.
    • Duties may be expanded upon and additional duties may be assigned.
    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
    This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
    WORK ENVIRONMENT
    • The noise level in the work environment can be at times loud.
    • Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts.
    • Frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
    • Occasionally exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles; vibrations

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Must be 18 years of age
    • Experience reading blueprints preferred.
    • Experience in miscellaneous assembly a plus
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule
    • Ability to follow detailed instructions including reading a tape.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
    • Team-oriented and self-directed.
