****About The Role****
The Devices and Inventory Management products streamline asset procurement, purchasing, and management, and enable IT admins to secure and manage company devices and data effortlessly. When a customer hires a new employee, Rippling ships them a laptop that is preconfigured with the new employee's user account, all of the company's security settings, and any software the new employee needs. This makes onboarding easy for new hires and saves hours of an IT admin's time.
****What You'll Do:****
Lead a team of passionate software engineers that prides itself on ownership and impact
Set up and maintain processes that empower the team to move quickly
Grow and develop your team
Ensure your team ships products constantly at a high quality
Be hands-on in technical architecture and reviews
Have a holistic view across engineering and product, and drive engineering and product strategy
Wear a product manager hat when needed
****Qualifications:****
8+ years of engineering or engineering management experience
Experience building a large-scale platform for web and mobile apps
Expertise building complex distributed services
Proven track record of taking initiative and leading projects
Proficiency with recruiting, organizing, and motivating teams
You care about product ownership and solving problems for our customers.
