- Ramp Manager certified.
- Oversee FOH and BOH daily operations.
- Maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond accurately to customer complaints.
- Organize and supervise shifts (scheduling).
- Regularly review product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and licensing.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
