    Description
    Responsibilities to include but are not limited to: Restaurant Manager
    • Serv Safe Manager certified.
    • Ramp Manager certified.
    • Oversee FOH and BOH daily operations.
    • Maximize customer satisfaction.
    • Respond accurately to customer complaints.
    • Organize and supervise shifts (scheduling).
    • Regularly review product quality.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and licensing.
    • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
    • Create detailed reports weekly/monthy/annually on revenue and expenses.
    • Help promote restaurant.
    • Assist in training new and current employees.
    • Oversee stock levels and ordering.
    • Access and improve profitability.
    • Inventory management.
    • Assist with hiring new employees.
    • Conduct pre shift team meetings.
    • Servsafe Certified.
    • Ability to process money and reset register totals at the end of business hours.
    • Assist with ordering.

    Requirements:
    • Servsafe manager level certification.
    • At least 2 years restaurant and bar manager experience.
    • Ramp Manager level certification.
