- Serve as Training Specialist, performing training development and course sustainment duties.
- Work closely with Instructional Systems Specialist, Course Mangers and Subject Matter Experts (SME) analyzing, designing, and developing Instructional materials for Aviation related courses.
- Monitor instruction conducted by the instructional departments to ensure conformity with current approved course control documents.
- Evaluate for applicability, adequacy, technical accuracy and accomplishment of training objectives.
- Maintain audit trails of recommendations, decisions, and directives having an impact on the automated database.
- Conduct validity and reliability studies and surveys of Aviation-related Program of Instruction .

This position is located at Fort Novosel, Alabama, home of the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence. Fort Novosel is located in the "Wiregrass" area in Southeast Alabama, surrounded by Enterprise, Ozark and Daleville. The geography and climate are ideal for year round military training.
