    Job Title: Product Manager (Non-Technical, Retail/Ecommerce)

    Location: Pleasanton, CA (Local Candidates Only)

    Employment Type: W2 Contract (12 months), Hybrid (2 days on-site) - (No C2C)

    Overview:
    We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in retail/ecommerce, particularly within the grocery/CPG industries. This role will focus on managing our Banner 4 U Rewards Program and integrations, reporting directly to the Principal Product Manager for Rewards and Partnerships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define product vision and roadmap for loyalty program benefits and integrations.
    • Collect and interpret user research and data to develop innovative products and manage the product lifecycle.
    • Write user stories, manage product development lifecycle, and handle product prioritization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer-facing products that enhance customer conversion and engagement.
    • Utilize both qualitative and quantitative feedback to drive product improvements and develop business cases for new features.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree required.
    • 10 plus years of product management, strategy, or consulting experience.
    • Strong experience in agile development and ecommerce within the retail sector.
    • Excellent analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
    • Experience with Adobe Analytics and A/B testing preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
