- Define product vision and roadmap for loyalty program benefits and integrations.
- Collect and interpret user research and data to develop innovative products and manage the product lifecycle.
- Write user stories, manage product development lifecycle, and handle product prioritization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer-facing products that enhance customer conversion and engagement.
- Utilize both qualitative and quantitative feedback to drive product improvements and develop business cases for new features.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 10 plus years of product management, strategy, or consulting experience.
- Strong experience in agile development and ecommerce within the retail sector.
- Excellent analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and A/B testing preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
