- Responsible for providing fleet coordination and administrative support under the supervision of the Equipment, Fleet, and Facilities Leader.
- Safe driving practices including the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of driver scorecards.
- Communicate and interacts with GPRS Third Party Administrators (TPAs) about the GPRS Fleet and drivers.
- Support planning and oversight efforts of the Fleet and Equipment Manager specifically for the driver scorecards.
- Develop and maintain driver safety scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver behavior, including but not limited to, speeding, harsh braking, acceleration, idling, and adherence to traffic laws.
- Run and download reports in GeoTab and other TPAs, interpret the data and then consolidate the data to report to GPRS leadership.
- Regularly review and analyze driver safety scorecards to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Participate and provide support (tasks) for the Fleet Safety Committee. Assist in investigating and documenting safety incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate and facilitate driver safety training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote safe driving practices and enhance driver awareness.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to drivers on safety-related matters, including the use of safety technologies and tools.
- Generate regular reports and presentations on driver safety performance metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives for management review.
- Utilize data analytics tools and software to identify opportunities for optimizing fleet safety and efficiency.
- Associate degree or a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience related to administration of fleet or vehicle related programs, preferred

- Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Skilled in MS Office suite especially MS Excel for database/spreadsheets
