- Works the front desk, is the first to answer phone calls/greet customers in the lobby, sets appointments for Agent and other team members, follow up with customers on billing inquiries and takes payments over the phone.
- Must be able to obtain insurance licenses (property, casualty, life and health) within 30 days of job offer.
- Works a daily task list in our computer system
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
