Job Title:
Automotive Technician / Mechanic
Location: 5627 S Power Rd, Mesa, AZ 85212

Job Overview:
We are seeking energetic and upbeat technicians/mechanics with a positive attitude. The ideal candidates must have a strong passion for finding solutions to challenging problems while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles
- Gain experience with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Conduct thorough courtesy vehicle inspections
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- Uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Communicate effectively with the service department and customers
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve results

Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- 3+ years of automotive technician/mechanic experience
- ASE Certifications preferred or in progress
- Ability to diagnose and repair all vehicle makes/models
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Strong communication skills
- Drive for long-term career development

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/move over 100 pounds
- Work with tools above head level
- Maneuver in tight spaces
- Utilize hand tools efficiently
- Be on feet for majority of workday
- Drive manual transmission vehicles
- Operate a computer
