- Manages marketing automation initiatives, serving as the primary user and administrator of Adobe Campaign.
- Develops and enhances digital marketing initiatives
- Supervises multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail)
- Collaborates closely with stakeholders to bolster the infrastructure and architecture of Adobe Campaign.
- Experience w/ Adobe Campaign
- Experience w/ A/B testing (including subject lines, CTAs, messaging, etc.)
- Experience w/ relational databases, data structures, creating data schema and SQL
- Prior work experience in the healthcare or financial services industry is a plus
