The store manager develops communicates and leverages a strategic vision aligned with company market and local plans to direct management team in facility operations merchandising- Provides supervision development opportunities for associates in facility operations
- Upholds companys Open Door Policy by meeting with associates listening to concerns researching issues reviewing policies procedures teaching consistency in responsiveness resolution across managerial levels within facility providing resolution for associates proactively seeking out associate comments concerns by meeting with associates in their work areas
Ensures compliance with companys policies procedures anticipating responding to challenging compliance issues navigating environment requiring high controls developing maintaining relationships federal state local officials holding hourly managers accountable analyzing interpreting reports implementing monitoring asset protection safety controls quality assurance standards overseeing safety operational reviews developing implementing action plans correct deficiencies providing direction guidance executing companys programs initiatives
