    Job Description:
    Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for greeting guests in our Collections gift shop.

    The Retail Sales Associate performs the role of a shopkeeper, presenting merchandise to customers, assisting with merchandise selection, and facilitating the sales transaction.


    Responsibilities:

    • Answering guest questions
    • Up-selling and suggestive selling of items.
    • Accurately processing transactions and maintaining a balanced bank.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
    • Must have at least one year of customer service experience.
    • Must be able to bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
