    EOC Facilities Manager

    Carrollton Springs is a 78-bed behavioral hospital located in Carrollton, Texas. The hospital provides a full continuum of care for those suffering from a mental health issue and/or chemical dependency. This includes inpatient treatment, partial day programming and intensive outpatient services. Assessment services are provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.     The EOC department plays an essential role in helping fulfill our mission of Changing Peoples Lives. Our Director is responsible for ensuring the physical plant meets all The Joint Commission, CMS, NFPA and state regulations to ensure the safety of patients, staff and visitors.

    Position Details:
    • Performs all scheduled inspections, testing, and drills, as required by state, federal government, The Joint Commission and NFPA.
    • Document these and reports outcomes to Safety Committee in a timely manner
    • Director ensures the maintenance of a safe, functional, and clean physical environment for patients, employees and guests.
    Qualifications:

    Requirements:

    • High school degree or equivalent
    • Previous experience in plant operations in a hospital setting preferred. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements helpful.
    • Current encumbered clinical licensure and valid drivers license and favorable Motor Vehicle Report with proof of insurance.
    • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment
