Lowe Toyota is looking for a Parts Counterperson to join our award-winning team Must be motivated and self-driven. Along with excellent communication skills, we require the following:

• Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads.
• Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts
• Advise customers on necessary and related parts needed
• Input parts pricing on counter invoices and repair orders
• Help with dealership parts ordering, inventory and returns
• Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions for their vehicle.
• Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction.
• Work in close partnership with management to provide appropriate information to the customer.
• Meet specified monthly targets and goals.
• Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Prior parts experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Self-starter, motivated and success driven.
• Confident, positive and high energy presence.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals.
