    Description


    A fast growing engineering services firm in the Boston suburbs is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team.

    Reporting to the company President, this critical leadership position will directly manage all aspects of cash management, accounting, reporting, analysis, IT and human resources.

    Key initiatives include the selection and implementation of a new ERP system, the development of key performance indicators, management of external auditor relationships and the development of meaningful management reporting for the Private Equity ownership group.


    Qualified candidates will bring effective written and verbal communication and management skills, experience developing management reporting for ownership stakeholders, as well as significant buy and sell side due diligence expertise.

    Applicants must be able to work onsite and have a CPA or equivalent combination of experience (minimum of 10 years) and education.

    Professional services/engineering industry experience is also required.
