The

Education Programs Manager

leads development/delivery of learning experiences at Kidspace, manages one direct report, seasonal indirect reports, is expected to lead and collaborate across the museum team to ensure quality programming.

This is a full-time, exempt position, based in Pasadena. Kidspace is a hybrid workplace, some weekends/evenings required.
Core Responsibilities
Drive planning/implementation of education programs
Lead team communication and projects
Build suite of high quality, engaging educational programming
Implement data collection for ongoing evaluation, assessment
Actively foster and maintain partnerships
Actively contributes to culture of inclusivity, collaboration, play
Four+ years of experience, education and/or informal learning, including program/curriculum development, and facilitation
Training in education, learning theory and practice; experience leading art, music, or nature-based education and learning experiences a plus
Experience leading teams
Outstanding proficiency in oral/written English language
