ResponsibilitiesRoof Repairs

• Inspect roofs to identify damage, leaks, or other issues
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various types of roofing materials, including shingles and metal roofing

Replace damaged or deteriorated roofing components, such as shingles, flashing, and/or ventsDiagnosis and Problem-Solving:

• Diagnose the cause of roofing problems and develop effective repair solutions

Ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to high-quality standardsSafety and Compliance:

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

Comply with local building codes and regulations during repairs and installationsDocumentation:
Maintain accurate records of repair work, materials used, and customer interactionsCustomer Service:

• Communicate with customers professionally, explaining repair options and providing cost estimates
• Address customer questions and concerns with courtesy and expertiseQualifications
• General construction experience is preferred
• Valid driver's license is required
• Great balance, and ability to lift heavy materials and tools is required
• Must have excellent communication skills
