    We are seeking a motivated and experienced University Recruiter to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent from dental residency programs across the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and will be comfortable engaging with residents across the country to promote our company and opportunities.

    KeyResponsibilities :

    • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent from specialty residency programs nationwide.
    • Plan and coordinate university recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
    • Collaborate with university faculty, staff, and student organizations to build relationships and promote our company as an employer of choice.
    • Deliver engaging presentations and workshops to educate residents about our company, culture, and career opportunities.
    • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source and connect with potential candidates.
    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in university recruiting and talent acquisition.
    • Maintain and monitor spending on events compared to plan to ensure budget is maintained

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in university recruiting, campus relations or similar, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong events planning and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
    • Willingness to travel frequently 70% to universities and events across the US.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot

    Position Pay Range$60,000—$70,000 USD

    Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees only. For clinical employees, the applicable practice entity listed above in the job posting is the employer. Specialty1 Partners generates job postings and offer letters to assist with human resources and payroll support provided to the applicable practice. Clinical employees include dental assistants and staff assisting with actual direct treatment of patients. Non-clinical employees include the office manager, front desk staff, marketing staff, and any other staff providing administrative duties.
