Seeking for Home Health Field RN
Join our team now (Open to full-time & Per-Diem, Pediatrics & Adults)

Registered nurses (RNs) work closely with supervising physicians to assess and monitor patients' needs, ensure treatment and care are conducted according to the facility's procedures, administer medications, and perform other related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collect medical information from patients
• Collect vital signs and general data
• Communicate findings in your assessment
• Order tests for the attending physician
• Administer medications
• Attend to the day-to-day needs of patients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Registered nurse license
• Strong patient care skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance
• Active Driver's License
• Must have minimum of 1 year professional home health nursing experience
