    Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

    Shift: 7a-4p regular day, then call 4p-7a; weekends are 7a-7a call; weekdays have day off when post call
    Call Schedule/Responsibilities: Rotation for weeknight and weekend call; rounding/consults/admissions/sedation/procedures

    Housing/Travel: Reimbursable

    Notes: Small facility with 21 total beds; low volume and call is expected to be light Will consider all options, but prefer at least a week a month of coverage; preference is for a full time position COVID vaccine required to work at PeaceHealth - no exemptions
